Refund & Cancellation Policy

How subscriptions renew, how to cancel, when refunds apply, and your withdrawal rights.

Draft — pending legal review. This policy is being finalized with counsel. Fields shown as {{…}} are placeholders. Effective date: {{EFFECTIVE_DATE}}.

Subscriptions & billing

Izri offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected at checkout). Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

Automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, and we charge your payment method on file, until you cancel. You give affirmative consent to this recurring charge at checkout, where the renewal frequency, price, and cancellation method are disclosed. We show your next billing date in your usage/billing settings.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time — no support ticket required. Open your organization's usage/billing settings and choose Manage plan to reach the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel or change your subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.

Refunds

Because plans are billed in advance and access continues until the end of the paid period, we generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods after a charge, except where required by applicable law (including the EU/UK withdrawal right below) or where we agree otherwise. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a billing problem, contact {{BILLING_EMAIL}} and we will make it right.

EU/UK right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. You can exercise this right using the withdrawal button in your billing settings (Directive (EU) 2023/2673, in force 19 June 2026) or by contacting {{BILLING_EMAIL}} with a clear statement of withdrawal.

For digital services that begin immediately, you may be asked to expressly consent to us starting performance during the cooling-off period and to acknowledge that, if you then withdraw, you may owe an amount proportionate to the use made before withdrawal. Statutory withdrawal and consumer rights are not affected by the refund stance above.
